(1)鋼絲增強層的問題

超高壓軟管需要在內襯管的外表面均勻地編織4層以上鋼絲,并要保證在使用過程中鋼絲層不堆砌并牢固地與內外層緊密粘合,國內目前對此問題還沒有比較好的解決方法。與同等級的進口軟管相比,國產軟管上編織的鋼絲剛性差,直徑大,編織均勻程度低。

在清洗作業中,需求長度在幾十米以上的超高壓軟管是很常見的。由于國產軟管的內襯材料柔韌性比較差,綜合力學性能不高,以至于不能保證長距離的內襯管管壁的均勻和致密度等的質量,所以國內生產的超高壓軟管始終不能達到要求。

超高壓軟管受頻繁、劇烈的壓力沖擊會導致出現爆裂。避免在作業時,油管內會反復出現油壓的突然升高或降低的情況,從而構成對超高壓軟管頻繁的壓力沖擊,導致各部的油封損壞加劇、超高壓軟管出現起泡和破裂以及管接頭的松動滲漏現象。因此在操作時,閥桿的扳動不可過猛,一定要平緩。工程機械作業時,液壓系統因功率損耗而使油液發熱,加上外界氣溫的影響可使油溫急劇升高。油液使用溫度越高,超高壓軟管越易老化,彈性變差,強度與密封性能下降,超高壓軟管就會很快爆裂。因此,在作業中,當液壓系統出現溫升過高、過快時,應及時查明原因,予以排除;清洗機夏天作業,特別是連續作業時,應采取必要的降溫措施。
